Headwork for Health

Lora will be leading this multiple session course on the often missing piece in one’s health and weight loss journey—headwork. This course will be held at Grand Health Partners, but is open to the public!

This course is designed to help you understand the specifics of how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help you be healthier, so you can change your life.

A 2 week class

Option 1: Tuesdays, February 19th -April 16th 6:30 pm-7:15 pm (no class April 2nd) 
Option 2: Thursdays, February 21st-April 18th 1:00-2:15 (no class April 4th)

Cost: $25 a class or $150 if paid at the start of class in full.

Location: Grand Health Partners, Grand Rapids, MI
